• 'B' -Measure approximately 8cm (3") above the wrist.
• 'C' -Measure approximately 5cm (2") above the knee.
• 'D' -Measure approximately 12cm (5") below the knee.
• 'E' -Measure approximately 5cm (2") above the ankle.
